Kristen Pederson Chew has an MA in medieval studies from the University of Toronto, almost thirty years’ experience as an academic and commercial editor and more than thirty-five years’ experience in bookselling. She has acquired, copyedited, substantively edited, fact-checked, researched pictures and rights for, indexed, and proofread books (fiction and non-fiction), magazines, journals, press releases, CD liner notes and websites. John Chew has an MSc in mathematics from the University of Toronto, four years' experience in the typesetting and printing industries, thirty years' experience as a web designer and forty-five years' experience as a programmer.
