John Chew 10005 apparently skipped a generation here. Mary Farek (source of birth month, day and place) says that Alexander Beall 10441 is the son of Anne Marie Calvert and James Beall (b. 1603 Largo), the latter the son of Alexander Beall 10443.

That Sarah was a daughter of NB 10411 is a matter of family tradition. In the late 20th century, this point was disputed, with some genealogists arguing that she was a niece or cousin of NB 10411, while others argued that she was a neighbour's daughter. My understanding is that because of the destruction by fire of key Calvert County records, this question cannot be resolved.
